Keld Chapel plays an active part in events of the grouping of Anglican, URC and Methodist churches within Swaledale and Arkengarthdale called the Swaledale Christian Council. Events include Lent Courses, Christian Aid collections, Women's World Day of Prayer, Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. Each Good Friday there is a walk down the dale to Grinton that starts with a short service at Keld. The Swaledale Christian Council has a stand at the Muker Show each year.
